Jennifer Phipps-Ford brings diverse experiences and accomplishments to the San Antonio real estate community. A proud Texas native, she is originally from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. After graduating culinary school and working as a professional chef for 6 years, she jumped ship and began working in the sports industry. Jennifer worked for the Dallas Mavericks basketball team and then the San Antonio Spurs, which brought her to San Antonio. After taking a several years off to raise her daughter, Annabelle and son, Owen, she dived into Real Estate head first. Jennifer’s husband, Doug, is a San Antonio native and together they enjoy investing in small properties.

Jennifer has served as the Office Manager for Essex Properties for 7 years and received her real estate license in 2017. Not only does she specialize in land sales, she also handles residential sales, commercial sales and home and office leases. Jennifer’s clientele consists of both domestic and international clients including first time buyers to loyal repeat customers and referrals. While Jennifer’s priority is making sure her clients have a smooth and pleasant experience, she also makes sure they are comfortable and even have a little fun.
